GenSwitch represents a whole new generation in switch management by removing the complexities found in other packages. GenSwitch fully integrates and shares information with Genesis Call Accounting software to avoid duplicate entry.

Genesis Traffic Manager - accumulates switchboard traffic information and performs detailed traffic studies, *what if* modeling, and produces concise management reports for single or multiple sites.

Genesis Contact Center Manager (CCM) - captures ACD statistical information from your switchboard on the performance of your Agents, Positions, Queues and Trunk Routes for single or multiple sites. Detailed historical performance measurement reports are then produced.

Genesis COPS Fraud Detection - is a telephone fraud detection and reporting package that alerts you by email, cell phone, fax, or pager of any suspect calls.

Genesis 911 - accumulates 911 caller information, assembles it and produces a full range of comprehensive *real time* 911 Communication Center reports. These reports are used for capacity planning and historical call investigations.
